i don't know why i'm so amused that i'm living with an honest-to-goodness real life julie cooper (the golddigger mom from the o.c.).

on a daily basis she tends to annoy me when she's around (and thank goodness that i don't have to deal with her for more than an hour or two at the same time... besides which i manage to avoid her most of the time, except when i can her hear bragging about whatever through closed doors while i'm trying to work/sleep).

at other times? i think she's an interesting character study, but kind of a pathetic excuse as a human being. although, i think that about a fair number of people so that probably doesn't mean much. but yeah, seeing how she acts has given me unasked-for insights into the julie coopers of the world.
